Work, Work, Work.

It has been awhile since my last post. I have been trying to get used to my work schedule. This week I will be working about 56 hours. It is fun to have my brain working. It is just a process to get used to the hours and sleep.

I have my eighth month pictures ready, just need to find the time to put them on. I have now lost 130 pounds!!! That is exciting.

The kids are feeling better. They both have small colds, but it is not bad.

Thats it for now, I will work on posting more.

Alot has changed.

First off, I hate it when my children are sick. First Mary got a really nasty cold that we think turned into a sinus infection. She was running a fever of 105.5, which was scary. She would cough so hard that she would throw up. Which is not fun and a lot of laundry. Then Bobby got sick. He woke up with a really bad headache, stomachache and a 105 fever. After a couple of times to the doctor because we couldn't bring the fever down below 102. We are pretty sure he has the flu. He is doing better today, but I will keep him home another day to make sure he recovers.
On top of that I don't feel to hot either. I guess I have a lot of fluid behind my ears, that has been causing ringing in my ears. I have had the ringing for more than a year, just have got used to it. I started on some meds to clear it up, and now I feel horrible. It keeps on going into a sinus infection, and my head feels like it wants to explode. I started to feel achy yesterday and today, I am so hoping that I do not get the flu. I don't have time to be sick.

New change is that I got a job. I will be working at Wee Care Pediatrics as a Medical Assistant. I am nervous since I haven't worked as a MA for about 8 years. I am excited though to be able to help out our little family. I will eventually work up to full time. Right now I will work Sat. 9am to 7pm and Sun 5pm to 11pm. I also think I got a job at Maverick working the graveyard shift 2-3 nights a week, but I won't know for sure till 2-3weeks. This way my kids will still have me around. And a bonus is I will still be able to go to my classes at the gym. They have been really beneifical to my mental and physical health, plus Bobby and Mary have friends at the Daycare that they love to play with.

On the side of weight loss, it is going very slowly now. I am working out 3-5 times a week which is toning my muscles and makes me feel great. I will do my measurements this Thursday, which is my 8th month anniversary, to see if the classes are doing any good. (which I know they are)
I am involved with a contest at the gym. The biggest loser challenge. Everyone lost a lot the first week, I lost 5 pounds. I now need to work very hard to get the last weight off, but it sure feels good to be 120 pounds lighter.

I had a good time today watching the Super Bowl with my Hubby. It was a great game. We were supposed to have my brother-in-law and his wife out to watch with us, but they got stuck up in Idaho because of the snow. I hope they are able to leave tomorrow, but we are supposed to get another storm. Hope everyone is having a great Sunday.
