I walked a 18 minute mile at the gym yesterday, which is the best that I have done since before high school. I walked for 35 minutes on the treadmill then I did my upper body weights. Today I am cleaning my house, which is taking a lot of my energy. Kids room is done, now on to my room.

That is so wonderful Kristina. My co-workers and I are going to start walking one night a week. I am looking forward to that. I am so proud of your progress. When you are done cleaning your house will you come and help me with mine? I love you and miss you. My progress is very slow going, but I am going to stick to it.
Congrats! I need to follow your lead. I have lost 10 lbs so far and I think I have hit a bit of a wall but I am not going to give up...I am starting to walk this week and who knows maybe I will reach an 18 minute mile soon.
